Williams Air Force Base is a former United States Air Force base, located in Maricopa County, Arizona, east of Chandler, and about 30 miles southeast of Phoenix. It operated from 1941 until its closure in 1993. Afterward, the base was largely annexed by the city of Mesa and has been converted to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Vintage linen Williams Field postcard was published by EC Kropp. This hard to find collectible postcard is unused and in very good condition.
