Text on back: Zion National Park. Zion National Park is a dramatic landscape of sheer red and white sandstone cliffs that tower up to 2,500 feet tall. The 229 square miles of wilderness that make up Zion National Park are the result of extensive geologic uplift, tilting, and erosion along the edge of the Colorado Plateau region. The area was first designated as a National Park in 1919. Photo - Adam Jones. Postcard is new, unused and in mint condition.
