On U.S. Highway 80, less than an hours drive West of Midland, only a little more than a half-hour drive West of Odessa, and five miles East of Monohans, lies a unique park of striking, wind-sculptured beauty. The 4000 acre sandpile provides unusual recreational opportunities for young and old (made young again). The sand dunes often reach heights of 70 feet. Visitors are often amazed to find pools of cool, clear, water trapped between the dunes - they seem like mirages in the desert sand. Vintage postcard is unused and in very good condition.
