Text on back: Established in 1926, Route 66 connected many of the small towns of the American West, spanning 2,500 milres from Chicago to Los angels. In 1984, the vintage "Mother Road" was decommissioned and bypassed by interstates. Today, route 66 sees a rebirth as a new generation searches for "signs" of a simpler time. Postcard is brand new and in mint condition.
