The Blue Whale is a waterfront structure just east of the town of Catoosa, Oklahoma that has become one of the most recognizable attractions on old Route 66. Hugh Davis built the structure in the early 1970s and it soon became a small amusement park. It is closed today but remains a photographic icon on the Mother Road.
